Obituary of Salema Begum

We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Salema Begum Sahiba, wife of Respected Sana Ahmed Sahib, of Hamilton Mountain Jamā‘at, who passed away on November 14, 2024 at the age of 82 years.

... Surely, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return. [2:157]

 

By the grace of Allah, Respected Salema Begum Sahib was a Mūṣiya. She was regular in offering of her daily prayers and held great love for the Holy Quran, completing several rounds during the month of Ramadhan. She was a devout Ahmadi encompassing an exceptional character and unwavering dedication to her faith and family. Respected Saleema Begum Sahiba held great love and regard for Khilafat. Her legacy of piety and compassion is a model for her children and will remain a guiding light for them.

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate her spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
