Obituary of Muzaffar Khan Malik

We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Malik Muzaffar Khan Joyia Sahib of Peace Village Jamā‘at – Halqa South East, who passed away on May 22, 2024 at the age of 94 years.

 

... Surely, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return. [2:157]

By the grace of Allah, Respected Malik Muzaffar Khan Joyia Sahib was a Mūṣī. Respected Malik Sahib accepted Islam Ahmadiyyat in 1953 and from that moment led an exemplary life as a dedicated and devoted Ahmadi. He had the opportunity to serve the Jamā‘at in various capacities during his life, including as Ṣadr Jamā‘at in Sargodha for over fourteen years. Respected Malik Sahib was devoted in his love for Khilafat and instilled the same quality in his children and grandchildren. Along with his service to Jamā‘at, he also served his community of Thadha Joyia, Sargodha as a three-time elected member of the Union Council and Nambar Dar.

 

His spirit of service continues in his children including, Respected Saadat Ahmad Joyia Sahib serving as National Secretary Zirā‘at Canada and Respected Muhammad Matiullah Sahib serving as Murabbī Silsila in Hawaii, USA.

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
