Respected ABDUL HAYYI sahib was my dear father, my hero and role model .I spent 41 years of my life with him.
He had a living relationship with Allah since his youth age . He had the deepest love of the Holy Prophet s.a, the Holy Quran, the Promised Messiah a.s and Khilafat.He used to go UK and first purpose of his visit is always to meet his beloved Imam (ABA). I have seen him Doing recitation of the Holy Quran for hours.Since his youth age, He was very Punctual on his prayers including Tahajjud prayers.He spend very simple and Pious life.
By the grace of Allah, he was Musi, when ever Tehrik E Jadid or Waqf E Jadid year starts same day he calls me and give his new pledge including of is forefathers.He do the charity work continuously also he wants me to continue this.He always advise me to make a strong connection with Allah Almighty which is purpose of our life.
During the last few months of his life, he was ill. I had the opportunity to spend days and nights continuously with him during this period. I noticed some of his qualities that I did not witness in detail before. One is his “Sabar”, the patience he showed during his illness, recovery from surgery and during other procedures. He was a very patient person. I also witnessed his “Twakal illAllah”, the trust that he had in Almighty Allah.
He was never depressed, and he never made any complaint during this time of his illness. He was always grateful to Allah throughout his life whether it was good days or days of trial.
He had very strong connection with entire family including his great grandson.he use to call everyone everyday and ask about them and about their work and remind for prayers.
May Allah Tala accept all of his prayers and sacrifices and enable his heirs to continue his good deeds and follow him in everything good.May Allah enable us to follow his footsteps, May Allah Tala continue to elevate his status in the heaven. Ameen

AoA, Although He was much older than me He was like a close friend of mine. Khalu Hayyi had a very pleasant personality
I remember, in 1974. When We stayed in Rabwah, at Barey Abba Jee house. We used to talk for many hours on various issues. Later on during my stay at Rabwah, while I was in TI College, He was very kind to me and I often used to show up at his home without any notice to see him. He was a very good friend of my late Father (Dr Abdul Ghafoor Zahid)as well.

Mohtaram Abdul Hayyi sb was my Khalo.
He was a very noble person and a beautiful soul. He would always reflect his deep love of God in all conversations.
He was regular in Tahajjud prayers and had a special bond with Allah. Al tough, our meetings were not
frequent, however whenever I got the opportunity to meet him, it was a delight.
He was affectionate, our conversations were always interesting and I loved how he used to provide references from Quran or/and Hadith.
He was a very satisfied person and I have never seen him stressed on any situation. My last two meetings were about two years ago, he was 100% sure that the world will go through a big (world war like) crisis. May Allah grant him the highest place in Jannah and provide strength to the whole family to bear the loss.
His children did an exemplary khidmat and May Allah bless all of them & their families abundantly. May his legacy of love of God remain alive in our hearts always.

Hayyi Jee was my grandfather. I miss him so much. I used to visit him daily after school and sit in his room. He asked me questions about Islam and holy prophet ( Pbuh) . He also used to ask me questions about my studies . He taught me some math tricks which helped me pass my math test . He called me you are my pillow with love . He also called me with other lovely names . He used to remind me about namaz
I am happy that he has no pain now and he is in peace . May Allah keep him happy in his new home . And elevate his status in heaven .

Respected ABDUL HAYYI sb was my dear father. He possessed a noble character and had a living relationship with Allah since his youth. He had the deepest love for the Holy Prophet s.a, the Holy Quran, the Promised Messiah a.s and Khilafat. He would complete recitation of the Holy Quran forty times per year, and he did that for many years. He would ponder upon the meanings of the Holy Quran for hours. By the grace of Allah, he would dig out precious pearls out of the deep ocean of the meanings of the Holy Quran. During the last few months of his life, he was ill. I had the opportunity to spend days and nights continuously with him during this period. I noticed some of his qualities that I did not witness in detail before. One is his “Sabar”, the patience he showed during his illness, recovery from surgery and during other procedures. He was a very patient person. I also witnessed his “Twakal illAllah”, the trust that he had in Almighty Allah. Before him, I have never seen any other ordinary person to show such trust in Allah. He was never depressed, and he never made any complaint during this time of his illness. He was always grateful to Allah throughout his life whether it was good days or days of trial.
He was not only my father, but he was also a Nasir member of my region. There is no doubt that he was a saint and possessed all such qualities. I have no hesitation to write that we have lost a saint in our city, in our region, in our country and in the World. May Allah Tala accept all of his prayers and sacrifices and enable his heirs to continue his good deeds and follow him in everything good. May Allah Tala continue to elevate his status in the heaven. Ameen

Hayyi ji has been a part of my life since the day I was born. In fact, he was the one who recited Adhan in my ear shortly after my birth. I am grateful for his loving presence in my life and countless memories that came from my relationship to him as his granddaughter. One of my favourite stories is that when I was little, I had woken up from a very long nap. After awaking, I went to Hayyi ji and took a second nap in his arms after he insisted that I was still tired!
I also loved playing the card game “donkey” with Hayyi ji. We used to play for hours and hours on end and it warmed my heart to hear his laugh and joke around with him.
Dear Hayyi ji, no words can describe the sorrow that fills my heart due to your departure from this world. It pains me that you will not be able to be with me as I continue to grow and learn. I love you and I miss you so much.

Aslam-O-Alaikum WRW,
Abdul Hayee sb was my first cousin. Now I can't see him nor touch him, but I will never miss him, do you know why because I will see him with my heart's eye. His memories always remain with me. From my chidhood I have seen him to recitation of Holy Quran in loudly voice after Tahajud prayers. He had known all the grandparents of our family and often told us stories of our grands family. He always met me very warmly and called me with love (Nak Wada). He advised and motivated me to migrate to UK.

Well words are not enough to describe how humble and peaceful Hayyi G was!!!
My beloved Hayyi G was a pious and righteous man. I’m really heartbroken by the fact he’s not with us anymore. I really miss those daily conversations between me and him where there were jokes and question answers to religious stuff. Hayyi G was the type of person who always had a smile and always tried to make the other person happy.
I will be thinking of Hayyi G in every moment of my life and will be waiting and counting down the days until I meet him again.
May Allah enable me to follow his footsteps and apply all the stuff he taught me in my life! Ameen

My grandpa was a very special man for me, he was like an angel with a character of gold and a heart of diamond and his smile ? His smile was my peace, it always calmed me down.
I'm thankful to Allah that I had him in my life, that I was able to enjoy my time with him, that I was able to laugh with him and learn a lot from him about how important it is to stick together with the family, to be happy and to have fun and also a lot of religious things. And most of all, I’m grateful to be his granddaughter.
My grandpa had a wonderful relationship with every single family member, with his jokes and advice.

I am Abdul Hayyi’s daughter. He was a very pious, Allah-loving and righteous man. He had a living relationship with Allah and had numerous true dreams. I grew up listening to my Abu read Tahajud prayers out loud everyday, to this day his prayers echo in my head.
He was more than just a father but a friend. From my childhood to now, he has always supported and cared for me and his children. He treated his daughters and sons equally.
One time during the winter, when I was three years old I had a dream about mangos and woke up at midnight asking for mangos. My Abu sent his nephew to grab mangos from the only milkshake store that had mangos during the winter time and my Abu fed me mangos with his own hands. From that moment to this day, Abu made sure I had an abundance of mangos every mango season.
My Abu was a simple man, he wore simple clothes and ate simple foods. He was generous and donated to the poor and needy. A lot of his charity work was done privately, I recently found out he built wells in Pakistan and has a scholarship under his name. He spent a lot of time with his children playing games and teaching us both religious knowledge and school subjects
My Abu was my peace of mind, any adversity I faced he stood by my side. My father is my hero. He was not only a father to me, but to my four children. I am proud to be his daughter. I wish everyone is blessed with a father as special as mine. I will love him and miss him until the day we meet again.
May Allah grant him the highest status in heaven, may we walk in his footsteps and follow this teachings for the rest of our lives. Ameen.

My dearest mamo its realy hard to believe that you are not with us more. This life is too short i believe that. There r alot of memories of you.
He used to call me As Long As Tree. Whenever he saw us playing he calls us and asked wht is a sum of this and that and we always used to run from him when ever he is in Maths mood.

It must be late 80s...I was heading home from school on a pleasant winter afternoon. When passing by Phoopa ji’s (Abdul Hayyi sb) house, I saw him on the street looking for his youngest son (Abdul Ghaffar). He had something in his carefully closed hand for him. He must have read my curiosity and opened his hand in front of my eyes to reveal the perfectly round yolk from a boiled egg. “I was looking for Fari (son) all over the street and playground to offer this to him”, he explained. He told me that I could eat it if I wanted. I think I respectfully declined. This little incident of fatherly love always puts a smile on my face.
The love, friendship and bond between him and his sons and his family was outstanding. He was a favorite elder of all the kids in the family. May Allah bless his soul and help the family cope with this loss.

Extremely sad to hear the news of their demise .. He was one of the few grandparents I had left .. I met him last year for the first time and he was sooo proud of me because of my studies .. I was lucky enough to get some of the wisest advices I’ve ever gotten .. Allah (sbh) wanted me to meet him atleast once .. May Allah grant him the highest place in Jannah ! Ameen !

Hayyi ji, a man who can’t be forgotten. My beloved phupa jaan. I remember every visit I was put to the test with science and other academic questions. Dear my beloved Grandfather Hayyi jee, I miss you and you were and still are very blessed to Allah. You always read The Holy Quran no matter what time. He always encouraged me to do good studies and also read The Quran. You were always reading namaz and also reminding us to. Hayyi jee also talked to Allah in visions and dreams, he always read the books of the Promised Messiah (as). He also sometimes read surahs when he was just sitting on the couch. He also sometimes told me some of the stuff that Holy Prophet Muhammad (sas) and Promised Messiah (as) did. And when he was injured he bear the pain and always showerd on jummah. He used to spend money and give it to charity in the ways of Allah.

Assalamoaleykoom, What a gem of a man Uncle was - a loving, caring, humble, and a very pious man. His pleasant demeanour was excellent in every interaction.
His knowledge of Quran was commendable.
I was privileged to be tutored in math by him in my student life. He was an excellent teacher to me and my sister. A great man with a big heart. He has contributed to many charities and encouraged us all.

Hayyi Jee,was my Grandfather. Hayyi Jee would always ask how i'm doing whenever I pass by his bedroom, and he would always ask about how my school, and studies were going, and he would also play games with us, and make us laugh and smile. At night he would usually have a question and answer session, he would ask us questions about the life of The Promised Messiah, and his companions. I would always help him when he needed it ever since he got injured. He was a very pious person, and was very connected to Allah. I love Hayyi Jee, and I miss him a lot, but he is in a good place now, and is safe with Allah Almighty.

My beloved Hayyi Jee was a pious and righteous man. He was very smart as well. After school finished, he asked me what I learned and asked some questions. Sometimes I didn’t know the answers to the questions, but we were always smiling and laughing, and he would make jokes too. Hayyi Jee was a very pious and Godly man. He told me to read many books of the Promised Messiah (as) and asked me questions regarding the books. He was very knowledgeable and always shared his knowledge with me. My grandfather was very special to me and his loss had a great impact on me. He used to ask me about my studies and how I was doing in school. He always encouraged to read the Holy Quran with translation and ponder upon its meanings. My favourite phupha jaan had an incredible personality. He was a man of God. He was so kind hearted, gentle, extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. He was my Algebra teacher. Whenever I met him I Asked him for prayers. I would feel at ease. May Allah enable all his children and grandchildren to follow in his footsteps. Abdul hayyi sahib , my father in law , was a very pious and lovely personality. He always advised his children to make his own connection with Allah . His love for children and his family was impressive. He remembers every ones birthday to fill the day with his prayers. He also has very strong connection not only with his children but also with grand children. During his illness when ever he saw my baby son (10 month now ) he always smiles and tried to hold him and tried to cheer him .he lived a simple life, a cheer full personality , showed his interest in kids interest.
After my marriage I always see him holding the holy Quran in his hand , he not only recite the holy Quran but also ask different questions from his children to increase their knowledge and motivate them to deepen their interest in learning the meaning of the holy Quran.
He was simple but not an ordinary personality.
May Allah grant sabr e Jamil to all his children. He definitely left his children with love of Allah, prophet Muhammad (pbuh ) , promised messiah and Khilafat inherited. It is very big loss to bare .may Allah elevate his status in heaven and accept his prayers for his children he did in his life .
Surly we belong to Allah and to him we shall return .

السلام علیکم و رحمتہ اللہ و برکاتہ
آپ کے والد گرامی مکرم و محترم عبدالحي صاحب غفراللہ لہ کے سانحۂ ارتحال کی روح فرسا خبر ملی جس نے دل و دماغ کو جھنجھوڑ کر رکھ دیا۔
وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ بِشَيْءٍ مِنَ الْخَوْفِ وَالْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِنَ الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَنْفُسِ وَالثَّمَرَاتِ وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ أُولَئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَاتٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُهْتَدُونَ
اُن کے انتقال پر ملال سے جہاں آپ کا خاندان ایک تناور شجرِ سایہ دار سے محروم ہوا وہاں ان کی رحلت ہیملٹن جماعت میں بھی ایک بہت بڑا خلاء پیدا کر گئی۔ بلا شبہ وہ ایک مجسم دعا گو بزرگ تھے۔ اس شفیق اور غفور الرحیم ہستی سے التجاء ہے کہ وہ ان کو غریق رحمت فرمائے اور راعلیٰ علیین میں جگہ عطاء فرمائے اور آپ تمام پسماندگان کو صبر جمیل عطا فرمائے۔ آمین
علوم قرآنیہ سے شغف رکھنے کی وجہ سے مرحوم ایک مُنفرد شناخت کے حامل تھے۔ بلااستثناء میری جب بھی ان سے ملاقات ہوئی انہوں نے مجھ سے صرف اور صرف علمِ قرآن پر ہی گفتگو کی۔ ان کی قرآنی علوم سے مملو فاضلانہ گفتگو میرے لئے بھی ایک ایسا خسارہ ہے جس کی تلافی ممکن نہیں۔ جب وہ قرآنی نکات بیان فرماتے تو ان کا انداز ایسا دوٹوک ہوا کرتا تھا کہ سامع کو مطمئن کردیا کرتا تھا۔ اُن کے ساتھ ملاقاتوں کی چھاپ دل پر ہمیشہ باقی رہے گی۔

Hayyi Jee, my dear Nana Abu Jaan was beyond just a grandfather to me. I was blessed to have Nana Abu as the father figure in my life. There aren’t enough words to describe the impact Abu Jee had in my life and how wonderful a person he was. He was someone who’s presence was full of comfort, who’s laugh was contagious, who’s smile was charming, he was someone who always wanted the best for everyone, and was very loving as well as loveable. One of my favourite things about him is seeing the love he would show to all his grand children and great grandson. I’m sure anyone who’s met him from a young age will always remember him singing his infamous lullaby, known as “Sona Putar Hayyi Daa”. One of the fondest moments I had with him was this year when I was sitting with him and I said I love you to him, of course him with his sense of humour, he made a joke and laughed at first (I loved joking around with him), but he then looked me in the eye and told me, “I love you so much, not too much, so much”. This moment is one that I’ll never forget it as it made my heart feel warm and full. My Abu Jee had a big heart. He always looked after us, and kept each of his loved ones in mind through prayer. Beyond this he lived a modest life in which he would donate as much to those in need. My Abu was also the smartest man I have ever met, no matter what subject you were studying, he would be able to tell you just about anything about it. Hayyi Jee was also a very pious man, with so much love for Islam-e-Ahmaddiya and our Holy Prophet (sa). He inspires me a lot, he is a role model to me but most of all he was a hero to me. I hope to learn from my hero and pray more, help those in need through donation, learn more and to overall become the kind of person he was. Abu Jaan lives on forever in my heart, I know and pray that his extraordinary and beautiful character shines through his kids, grandkids, great-grandkids and beyond. Inshallah.
My dear Abu Jaan you will be missed. I love you so much, never too much, always so much.
May Allah give his loved ones resilience.
May Hayyi Jee be granted a high status in Heaven close to Allah Miya and keep watching over us. Ameen.

Asalamo Aleikum,
My name is Manal Jabbar-Wadood and I am the granddaughter of my loved Grandpa Mian Abdul Hayyi.
I want to use this oppertunity to tell some great things about my grandpa.
My Nana Abu was an incredible and wise man. He had a big bond to Allah. In addition, he had a great deal of knowledge about Islam but he also had a lot of general knowledge. When he visited us in Germany he would ask for my maths book and would do tasks with me to improve my math skills.
Furthermore, he played a card game with me and when I lost the game he would laugh out loud and that made me so happy that I would like to loose to just hear him laugh and be so happy.
Moreover, he taught me how important family is. He also taught us to always stick together and be there for eachother. He also had such a beautiful relationship to his wife, which is an inspiration for my own life.
Nana Abu made my Rishta to my fiancé (who he suggested) Hazqeel Wadood possible and he was also able to attend our engangement in March 2020. He was very happy about our Rishta.
He was so happy that he became great-grandfather of Nehal Ahmad Wadood and could also meet him this year in March.
My dear Nana Abu cared about everyone. With each family member he had his own relationship with his own jokes but also with great advice for everyone. As soon as you asked him to pray for you, he always did immediately.
Words cannot describe how much Hayyi Gee ment to me. I am so grateful to be his granddaughter. When I have children in the future I will tell them everything about him and I will try my best to teach them everything what Nana Abu taught me.
He will always have a special place in my heart and I will always remember him with beautiful memories and keep him alive in my heart.
May Allah elevate his status in heaven!

خالو نے ہمیشہ انفاق فی سبیل اللہ کیا اور اپناحصہ آمد اور دیگر لازمی چندے اداکرتے رہے۔ایک خطیر رقم ہر سال صدر انجمن احمدیہ کو انعامی وضیفہ کی مد میں بھجواتے نیز مر کز میں ہر سال مستحق بچوں کے لئے سکول بیگ اور درسی کتب مہیاکرنے کا انتظام بھی کرتے تھے۔
اپنے وقت کابڑا حصہ عبادت میں اور قرآن کریم کی تلاوت اور اس پر تدبر میں گزارتے تھے،اور
نماز تہجد اداکرتے،اور صاحب کشف و رویا بزرگ اور فاستبق الخیرات تھے۔
میری دعا ہے کہ اللہ انکے درجات بلند فرمائے اور انکی اولاد کو ان کی نیکیاں جاری رکھنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے،آمین۔

The greatest loss of them all. Words cannot express how special Abdul Hayyi is to me. Hayyi Jee is my father, my grandfather, and my friend. He is one of the biggest blessings of my life and I am grateful to Allah for giving me such a pious, kind hearted, Allah loving human as my grandfather.
My Hayyi Jee has a heart of gold, a smile of diamonds and a laugh that could brighten up the entire room. He has taught me so much about how to love people selflessly, give back to the needy and to be strong. He called my sisters and I his independent granddaughters, he pushed us to work and study and be the best versions of ourselves.
My Abu lives in all our hearts forever and ever, we will tell our kids and grandkids about how wonderful he was, we will walk in his footsteps. I was his light and he was mine. I will continue his legacy. I will continue to do all his charity work and will instill his teachings in everything I do.
I love you Hayyi Jee, please watch over me.
May Allah give me sabr and grant my Hayyi Jee the highest status in Heaven, Ameen.

Words cannot describe the weight of this loss. My Nana Abu, my Hayyi Jee was not just my grandfather, but in many ways he was my father. He always had his grandkids at the forefront of his mind and never missed any chance to pray for our happiness, success, and piety. He was my inspiration, he was a light on Earth. He taught me about the importance of having an open heart when giving to those in need and to be thankful to Allah for the bounties he grants.
I will miss his pop quizzes about everything from religious knowledge to math and physics. I will miss our countless games of luddo and donkey. And, I will especially miss the many laughs we shared over the years. He was able to touch the hearts of everyone he met and it was my privilege to have been his granddaughter.
I will miss him dearly and will always keep him in my heart and prayers for the rest of my days. His legacy will live on through memories and stories of his contributions both to me personally and to humanity on a broader scale. His great grandkids and their kids after them will learn about the great man that was Mian Abdul Hayyi.
I love you Hayyi jee. Until we meet again.
May Allah grant my grandfather the highest station in heaven. Ameen.

Assalamo Alleikum,
I am very sad, about the death of my beloved grandpa. Words cannot describe how much he ment to me and my family.
I was able to make beautiful memories with my grandpa and I was able to learn a lot of things from him. One of the greatest blessings he made possible for me is the Rishta to my fiancé (who he suggested by himself) Manal Jabbar-Wadood and thank God he was able to attend our engagement in March 2020.
I am so greatful to call him my grandpa. It is a big honor for me that I was able to know and learn from my grandpa.
May Allah give me and my family patience and may Allah elevate the status of my loved grandpa in heaven.

Assalmo Alaikum,
Mian Abdul Hayyi Sahib was very lovely. He treated everyone the same way and with lots of love.
He loves his great grandson very much and always asked about his health. He also was very happy when his great grandson learned something new. We learned a lot from him and we will keep everything what he told us with in our brain.
We will never forget his beautiful laugh and the way he talked to us.
May Allah protect his family and give his family patience.

I was Always there For him.
He Teaches me math and i know How he loves me, Abdul hayyi was a Great Mann who Always had sabr and shows his love To all.
Before I went to sleep he called me in his room, and said massage my calf, Meanwhile, he fell asleep.
My grandmother said to go to sleep and I said no I want to be there and hold his hand a while.

im the grandson of Abdul Hayyi sahib. He teached me school subjects and many things about our relegion. He cared very much for me and always told me that I should eat Joghurt because my bones will get stronger. When he came to Germany, we played together cards and luddo. He teached me that we should care for our prayers and make a strong relationship with Allah tala.
Abdul hayyi is my love and he will be forever alive in my heart. May Allah enable us to follow the footsteps of our beloved Hayyiji Ameen.

میاں عبدالحئ صاحب مرحوم میرے والد محترم تھے- مجھے فخر ہے کہ میں الیسے باپ کی بیٹی ہوں جنہوں نے ہمیں اپنے عمل سے خدا کی عبادت کا حق بجالانے اور نیکیوں ميں آگے بڑھنے اور خلافت سے محبت کرنا سکھایا -وہ خدا تعالی سے یہ دعا نماز تہجد میں کرتے تھے " کہ یا اللہ تو میرا ہو جا یا مجھے اپنا بنا لے"اور اللہ نے انکی دعا کو قبول فرمایا بے شک وہ خدا کے تھے اور خدا انکا تھا -

Late Abdul Hayyi sahib (رحمہ اللہ) was our great uncle (ماموں جان) who looked after us when we were very young like a father. He was very kind, caring and loving person. Not only he was pious ( تحجد گزار اور دعا گو) but he always had pain for ailing humanity. He was affectionate. He was devoute Ahmadi and loved khilafat wholeheartedly. Not only he possessed a great knowledge of Ahmadiyyat but he also held a unique sense of humour. He was a true man of God. He was a great father, husband, uncle, brother and a great human being.
May Allah bestow His mercy upon him, forgive his sins and open the doors of His Jannah for him and bless endurance, solace and fortitude to all loved ones! May He enable us to follow his footsteps and continue his legacy! Ameen!
