We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Chaudhry Khuda Baksh Goraya Sahib of Saskatoon North Jama’at. He passed away in Saskatoon on Saturday June 8th 2019.at the age 96 years

By the grace of Allah Respected Chaudhry Khuda Baksh Goraya Sahib was a Musi. He was born in 1922 and over his fulfilling life he has served the Jama’at in numerous ways. On the call of Hazrat Mirza Bashirudeen Mehmood Ahmad^ra Respected Chaudhry Khuda Baksh Goraya served in the Furqan force. He belonged to the only Ahmadi family in his village and remained steadfast in preaching the message of the Promised Messiah AS, despite persecution, he remained firm in his faith. Respected Chaudhry Khuda Baksh Goraya sahib was a Haji and a devoted Ahmadi Muslim, with deep love for Khilafat. Until his last days he was regular in 5 daily prayers, reciting the Quran, teaching the message of the Promised Messiah AS to his grandchildren and paying his donations (Chandajat). His deep passion and devotion for the jamaat continues through the the family he leaves behind, two of his grandsons whom are murrabi-e-silsila. (Tahir Goraya Sahib and Zeeshan Goraya Sahib)

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amin!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amin!
