We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Abdul Jabbar Sahib, of Vaughan Jama’at, who passed away on Thursday December 13, 2018 at the age of 87 years.

Respected Abdul Jabbar Sahib after Retirement he devoted his life for the service of Jama’at and was sent to Banjul, Gambia as an administrator for the Ahmadiyya Hospital. Where he served for three years and then returned to Rabwah and served in the offices of Ttehrik-e-Jadid till his immigration to Canada in 2003. He has led a very pious life and always loved the service of Jama’at and loved Khilafat-e-ahmadiyya more than anything else. He instilled the love and service of  Jama’at in his children one of his son Respected Afzaal Ahmad Rauf Sahib is serving  Nigeria Jama’at as Naib Amir and Missionary in charge, and Dr. Ijaz Ahmad Rauf Sahib has been serving Canada Jama’at in various capacity including National Sectary Ta’lim.

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amin!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amin!
