Obituary of Khushnoodi Begam

 We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Khushnoodi Begum Sahiba, wife of  (Late) Muhammad Shafi Khan Sahib, of Toronto Jama’at who passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the age of 95 years.

By the grace of Allah Respected Khushnoodi Begum Sahiba was a very dedicated member of Scarbrough Jama’at. She was the daughter of Mohtram Abdul Aziz Khan of Shahjahnpuri Sahib who embraced Ahmadiyyat during the early years of Khilafat Sania, when he saw Hadrat Khalifatul Masih II (ra) in his dream, when was shown the picture by an Ahmadi friend he said “that’s it” . She was very regular in offering her obligatory prayers on time and reading of Holy Qur’an. She always motivated her family to do the same. She had the blessed opportunity to serve Hadrat Amma Jan, (The wife of Promised Messiah (as)). At one occasion when her son Mohtram Muhammad Shafiq Sahib was very ill and was on death bed Khushnoodi Begum Sahib took him to Hadrat Amman Jan, who put her hand on the head of Shafiq Sahib and prayed for his life. Today by the grace of Allah he is Serving Canada Jama’at in Scarborough for many years. In Her family her eight (8) nephews are serving as Mu’allimin in Qadian India, and 2 as Inspectors. 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate her spiritual status in the heaven! Amin!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amin!
