We are very sad to announce the demise of  Mohtarma Safia Roohi Shah Sahiba, Vaughan West Jama’at, who passed away on Tuesday November14, 2017 at the age of 86years.

Mohtarma Safia Shah Sahiba was the wife of (late) Air Commodore Shamsul Huda Shah Sahib, who served Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Canada in various capacities for many years including being a member of Qadah Board.
The Ahmaddiyat was first accepeted by her great grandfather Mohtram Badrul Hassan Shah Sahib, on the hand of Promised Messiah (as).
Sofia Shah Sahiba was a very charitable always looking for the opportunity to spend in way of Allah, at the time of construction of Baitul Islam Mosque she donated all of her Jewellery, she was a devoted Ahmadi with true love of Khilafat, and very punctual in offering daily prayers.  

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amin!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amin!
