Dear Moe and Family
When I first met Moe I noticed a great amount of JOY within his spirit. When I would ask Moe how are the family he would smile from ear to ear. When I spoke with Moe he always gave great advice and teachings.
When Moe would show me some of his joy, he would dance with happy feet.
When Moe became ill, so did my sister. We were able to rejoice even during these conversations and the way life became. We marveled at the wonderful moments and blessings life offered during these difficult days, years.
May your prayers be answered and silent struggles be comforted. Moe was an amazing man and friend to me. We have lost a good earthly soldier
May you rest in peace. Kim

To the Nasser Family,
I had the pleasure of working with Moe for the last 10 years as my shift partner. I enjoyed our long discussions about politics, religion, shopping, and his lovely family. Moe was always very well versed about politics and world religions. Through his knowledge base I learned how to view and assess politics and broadened my knowledge about how religion influenced peoples perspective on daily life choices.
Moe was very proud of his family and all his children's accomplishments, he also always had a lovely word to say about how his wife who took excellent care of him. It was always enjoyable to come to work when I knew Moe would be in.
I want to thank Moe and share with his family what a lovely man he was. Moe is greatly missed.
With great sadness and loss of my work friend, I wish to send blessing to his wife and family.
Patty.

My father Mubarak Ahmad Nasser
My father received his education in Pakistan. He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and was about to finish his Masters in Chemistry but was not permitted to write his final examination because he was an Ahmadi Muslim. My father had a great passion for his religion and did not allow anyone to ridicule or make false accusations about his faith. He also had enormous amount of knowledge about Islam it's History and the life of Prophets and Khulfa's. Members of the Jamaat would come to him for advice and knowledge. My migrated to Germany in late 1970's. In Germs my father converted a group of Arabic Friends (6 men and 1 women) to Ahmadiyyat and also converted one elderly lady to Ahamdiyyat from Jehova Witness faith all through his tabligh efforts. My father also served as a body guard to the 4th Khalifa in Germany. In 1987 my father moved to Toronto Canada. Here he served the Jamaat with all his passion as well. He served as the General Secretary, National Finance Secretary,
and Finance Auditor. He worked along side with Missionary Naseem Mehdi. In 1990 my family moved to Windsor Ontario. Here he served as general secretary and president of the Jamaat for 11 years.
My father worked very hard to provide for his family. He worked held many occupations from travel agent, restaurant owner to nurse. He had studied here for computer science. He finally took an early retirement due to his health condition as a drug withdrawal and detox nurse.
Everyone enjoyed being around my father. For he was a man with a warm friendly heart always pleasing his company. He also had a great sense of humour. He loved his family and grandchildren dearly. My father enjoyed reading and traveling. He has vast collection of books from religious books to political books and complete set of encyclopedia. His friends who had seen his collection of books would be astonished.
My father has always provided great hospitality to anyone he could. Even in hospital when friends and family visited him he would signal my mom to serve food and drinks before they left home. He showed respect to all his doctors and nurses in hospital by shaking their hands before they left his bedside. Some nurses say that they have been honoured to serve him. My father was also a translator for the Canadian Immigration Services where he helped many Ahmadi's and some non-Ahamdi cross the border into Canada. Some people did not have place to stay so my father would keep them in his home.
He was a great source of guidance for many people. Never hesitated to help anyone.
He was a man with a strong will and determination. He fought his Cancer to the end. He hardly laid in his bed in Hospital. Nurses always found him walking around on the unit floor or sitting in a chair in the family waiting room. He tried to stay strong till finally his Cancer took over him.
My father was diagnosed with Head and Neck Cancer in 2015. He had 3 major surgeries and 1 minor surgery to remove his tumor.
My father left behind his loving wife Shaheen Nasser daughter of late Malik Abdul Latif Zahoor and 2 daughters (Farah Khan wife of Nadeem Ahmed Khan of Windsor and Sabbah Nasser. Both are working Pharmacists). His son Temur Nasser married to Nida Nasser daughter of Tahir Ahmad. Temur is also working as a Pharmacist and resides in Los Angeles California.
His greatest personality was that he was always happy and had a laughter on him. Khalifa, Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmed (ra) once said that Mubarak Sahib can be recognized in a "mehfil" gathering by his laughter.
