Obituary of Safia Karim

We are very sad to announce the demise of Mohtarma Safia Karim Sahiba, of Durham Jama’at, who passed away on Friday July28, 2017at the age of 90 years.

Monday July 31, 2017 after Maghreb Prayers (timing for Maghrab prayers are 9:00 PM) in Baitul Hamd Mosque, 1194 Matheson Blvd., East, Mississauga, ON L4W 1R2
Burial 

Tuesday August 1, 2017, in Brampton Memorial Garden 10061 Chinguacousy Road, Brampton at11:00 AM (Chinguacousy and Bovaird)

By the grace of Allah she was Musia, She was very devoted Ahmadi and had very  strong faith in Allah, just before the Independence in 1947 she got married to, Mohtram (Late) Abdul Karim Sheikh Sahib who was in army. She migrated to Pakistan while he was on duty, for six months, she didn't know the whereabouts of her husband, many people asked her to visit the tomb of “Data’s Darbar” to pray for safe return of her Husband, but as a true Ahmadi her answer was that" I have full trust in  Allah". She was a devoted wife, mother and teacher.    .    

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate her spiritual status in the heaven Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience, Amen!

Please also pray for mohtarma Musarrat Sheikh who stood by and took such good care of her all through her marriage  
Please keep her and three grandsons in your humble prayers who really looked after her all these years.
