We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Munir Ahmad Sahib of Vaughan Jamā‘at – Halqa Maple, who passed away on May 26, 2026 at the age of 76 years.

 

... Surely, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return. [2:157]


 

Respected Munir Ahmad Sahib was a devoted Jamā‘at member of the Jamā‘at. He had the blessing to serve in various capacities including as Ṣadr Jamā‘at Chuknawali, Gujrat.  After moving to Canada he served as member of Ḍiyāfat team serving in Jamia Ahmadiyya Canada and for a long period of time in funeral services. He was always ready to serve those in need and regularly spent time cleaning the Mosque.

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
