We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Aziz-ur-Rehman Khan Sahib of Peace Village Jamā‘at – Halqa South East, who passed away on April 10, 2026 at the age of 54 years.

Obituary from the family:

With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Aziz Ur-Rehman Khan Sahib of Peace Village South East, who returned to the mercy of Allah on April 10, 2026, at 4:47 PM, at the age of 54. After a courageous battle with cancer, he leaves behind a legacy defined by love, generosity, and unwavering faith.

Born in Gujranwala, Pakistan, to the respected Latif Ahmed Khan, Aziz Ur-Rehman Khan was raised with values that shaped a life of service, compassion, and integrity. He was the grandson of the late Iqbal Muhammad Khan Sahib who built the Hassan-Iqbal Mosque in Jamia Ahmadiyya, Rabwah and whose legacy of faith and devotion continues to inspire generations.

He is survived by his devoted wife and four beloved children, who were the center of his world. His love for his family was constant and enduring, a source of strength through every joy and every hardship.

Aziz Ur-Rehman Khan will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and the remarkable ability to bring comfort to those around him. His smile could lift spirits, and his presence brought ease even in the most difficult moments. He gave generously of his time, resources, and care, never hesitating to support a neighbor, a friend, or even a stranger in need. both within his community and beyond.

To his children and their friends, he was a welcoming and joyful presence, thoughtful, attentive, and often the source of laughter. He opened his home and his heart freely, becoming a father figure to many.

Among friends, including those who shared his love for hunting, he was known as humble, dependable, and considerate, always ensuring others were cared for before himself. His kindness extended into his professional life, where colleagues remember him as compassionate and supportive, offering comfort and help without hesitation.

For nearly two decades, he devoted himself to caring for his parents and in-laws with patience, dignity, and grace. His life was marked by quiet acts of service, driving others where they needed to go, helping solve problems, supporting loved ones through illness, and standing steadfastly beside his wife in all circumstances.

He faced life’s challenges with resilience and conviction, embodying strength not only in hardship but also in his unwavering commitment to doing what was right. Through his actions, he instilled in his children the values of generosity, empathy, and responsibility, teaching them that serving others is both a privilege and a purpose.

Aziz Ur-Rehman Khan leaves behind a legacy that will live on in the countless lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
