We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Abdul Karim Sahib of Durham West Jamā‘at, who passed away on November 19, 2025 at the age of 88 years.

Respected Abdul Karim Sahib was the son of Hazrat Mian Abdul Majeed Sahib (ra) and the grandson of Hazrat Haji Muhammad Moosa Sahib (ra) of Nila Gumbad, Lahore, both of whom were companions of the Promised Messiah (as). He was the brother-in-law of Respected Shakoor Bhai Chasme Walay. From a young age, he was devoted to the Jama’at and had the unique honour of being the youngest Khadim in the first historic cycling delegation from Lahore to Rabwah during the Khilafat of Syedna Hazrat Musleh Maud Khalifatul Masih II (ra). He was known for his integrity, generosity, and kindness, always ready to help others, and he enjoyed a special, spiritually uplifting bond with Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IV (rh).
May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen! May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
