Obituary of Ghulam Ahmad Malik

We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Ghulam Ahmad Malik Sahib of Hamilton Jamā‘at, who passed away on July 23, 2025 at the age of 84 years.

 

... Surely, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return. [2:157]

 

 

Respected Ghulam Ahmad Malik Sahib was a devout Ahmadi Muslim known for his unwavering faith, strong character, and compassionate heart. He was regular in offering the five daily prayers and was blessed with the habit of waking for Tahajjud. His sincerity in worship and quiet devotion to Allah were hallmarks of his character. He embodied humility, kindness, and generosity, and was always ready to extend a helping hand to those in need. A loving father of four, he raised his children with steadfast commitment, instilling in them the values of independence, resilience, and dignity. He was deeply devoted to his family and remained a pillar of support for his siblings. He also played a pivotal role in the upbringing of his grandchildren, whom he guided with affection and wisdom.

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
