Obituary of Farah Deba

With deep sorrow and heartfelt remembrance, we announce the passing of Respected Farah Deba Sahiba, wife of Respected Altaf Hussain Sahib, of Innisfil Jamā‘at, who passed away on July 7, 2025 at the age of 62 years.

Respected Farah Deba Sahiba was the daughter of (late) Respected Mahfooz Ahmad Sahib and served faithfully as Secretary Waqf Jadid in Rabwah, Pakistan. She was a devoted member of the Jamā‘at whose radiant presence and gentle smile brought warmth and light wherever she went.

Respected Farah Sahiba was not only a dedicated member of the community but also a woman of exceptional character—gracious, kind, and free of ill-will. Her compassion knew no bounds, and she touched countless lives with her generosity of spirit and unwavering humility.

She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother—deeply cherished by her family and admired by all who knew her. Through her own example, she instilled in her children a strong moral compass rooted in humility, kindness, forgiveness, and a steadfast commitment to prayer and truthfulness. Her teachings emphasized service to humanity and living a life of purpose and dignity.

Her legacy is one of love, integrity, and spiritual strength. Though she is no longer with us in this world, her light continues to shine through the lives and values of her children and grandchildren. She will be profoundly missed but lovingly remembered by all whose hearts she touched.

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate her spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
