Announcement - Funeral Prayer

We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Muneer Ahmed Sahib of Peace Village Jamā‘at – Halqa South West, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 82 years.

 

... Surely, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return. [2:157]

 

By the grace of Allah, Respected Muneer Ahmed Sahib was a Mūṣī. He was regular in offering his daily prayers and held a deep connection with the Holy Quran, giving special care to its recitation. His love for Khilafat was unwavering, and he instilled the values of Jama'at within his family with utmost sincerity. Respected Muneer Ahmed Sahib was always at the forefront in financial sacrifice. He was a devoted member of the Jamā‘at, serving diligently as part of the bookstall team and fulfilling various assignments entrusted to him with dedication and humility.

 

Respected Muneer Ahmad Sahib instilled a deep love for the Holy Quran within his family. His grandsons, Hafiz Adnan Ahmad Sahib and Hafiz Talha Ahmed Sahib, have completed their memorization of the Holy Quran, while two others grandsons, Hafiz Hamza Ahmed and Hafiz Tamseel Ahmed, are currently studying to become Hufaaz. His son, Respected Mobin Ahmad Sahib is serving as Secretary Tablīgh Bradford West and daughter-in-law, Respected Riffat Hina Sahiba is serving as Ṣadr Lajna Imāillāh Bradford West.

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
