Obituary of Anis Malik

We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Anis Malik Sahiba, wife of (late) Respected Dr. Momin Hasan Malik Sahib, of Brampton West Jamā‘at – Halqa Flowertown, who passed away on December 31, 2024 at the age of 8 years.

 

... Surely, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return. [2:157]

 

Respected Anis Malik Sahiba was a devout and pious Ahmadi who observed her daily prayers regularly and had profound love for the Holy Quran. She was a pioneer member of the Jamā‘at and had the opportunity to prepare food in the early Jalsa Salana’s of Canada as well as host the guest of the Promised Messiah (as) in her home. Respected Anis Malik Sahiba was a generous soul who was known for her hospitality, kindness and providing support to newcomers in all means possible.

 

Her daughter, Respected Reema Malik Sahiba, is currently serving as Principal Ahmadiyya Elementary School, Mississauga.

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate her spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
