Mohammad Mohammad Younis Yousef

We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Mohammad Younis Yousef Sahib of Toronto Jamā‘at – Halqa Toronto East, who passed away on March 27, 2025 at the age of 49 years.

 

... Surely, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return. [2:157]

 

By the grace of Allah, Respected Mohammad Younis Yousef Sahib was a Mūṣī. He was a devout Ahmadi Muslim who accepted Ahmadiyyat at the young age of thirteen. Despite facing severe persecution and torture in jails in Syria, he remained staunch on his faith and instructed his children to remain connected to Khilafat and Jamā‘at. He was a kind and generous soul who touched the lives of countless others.

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
